GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers purchasing gift vouchers for Wingspan National Bird of Prey Centre (“Wingspan”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher or entering the Wingspan premises, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, and the General Terms and Conditions, together with any reasonable instructions, safety requirements and signage provided by Wingspan. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies that visitors have or duties or liabilities Wingspan has under New Zealand law.

1. Gift vouchers are valid for three years (36 months) from the date of issue. Once the expiry date passes, the voucher is void and cannot be extended.

 2. Gift vouchers may be redeemed, online or in person, towards eligible Wingspan experiences, products or services, subject to availability and any applicable booking requirements.

3. All bookings made using a voucher are subject to our standard business cancellation policies.

4. If the value of the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by the recipient. If the value of the purchase is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance is instantly forfeited. No cash change, partial refunds, or credit notes will be issued for any unspent amount.

5. Vouchers should be treated like cash. Wingspan is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of the voucher. Replacement of lost or damaged vouchers is at the sole discretion of management and may require proof of the original purchase receipt and matching identification.

6. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be resold, redeemed or exchanged for cash.

7. Where Wingspan cancels or cannot deliver an experience, the voucher will be reissued for the same experience (or an equivalent alternative) with the same remaining validity period as the original voucher at the time of cancellation.
