- All Meet & Greet Experiences include the Flight of the Falcon show. Flight of the Falcon starts at 11.30. Meet & Greets are after Flight of the Falcon at 1pm.
- Meet & Greet Duration: 30 minutes.
- Minimum ages apply - Falcon: 5+ | Ruru: 12+
- Limited availability: advance bookings recommended, and prepayment is required.
- Individual birds have the choice on how they participate, so every experience is unique.

- Behind-the-Scenes Experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should a refund be provided at Wingspan's discretion, an administration fee of $25 will be applied.
